Erik Scatt Music provides digital products (sample packs, preset packs, online courses), private online lessons, and drum recording sessions. Product descriptions and prices are listed on our website and are subject to change at any time.
3. Payments
All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment processors. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for any purchases.
4. License for Digital Products
All digital products (including sample packs and presets) are licensed, not sold.
You are granted a royalty-free license to use these sounds in your own musical productions, including commercial releases.
You may not redistribute, resell, share, or include the sounds in any competing sound library or sample pack.
5. Course and Lesson Access
Purchase of an online course provides you with access for the duration stated on the product page (lifetime unless otherwise noted).
Sharing or reselling access to lessons or course materials is strictly prohibited.
6. Recording Sessions
Booking a drum recording session reserves time in our studio schedule. Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled within 24 hours may be charged in full.
7. Refunds
All sales of digital products (sample packs, courses) are final. Due to the nature of downloadable content, we cannot offer refunds once files have been accessed or downloaded.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including audio, video, text, images, and branding—is owned by Erik Scatt Music and protected by copyright law.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.
