1. Digital Products

All sales of digital products, including sample packs, presets, and online courses, are final.
Because these products are delivered electronically, we cannot issue refunds once files have been downloaded or accessed.

2. Lessons and Recording Sessions

• Cancellations: Lessons and recording sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be charged in full.

• No-Shows: Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

3. Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties downloading a product or accessing a course, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We’ll help restore access or re-send files as needed.

4. Unauthorized Purchases

If you believe your payment was made in error or without authorization, contact us immediately at erik.scattareggia@gmail.com.
