Recording Drums in a 100 year old Church

Back in 2021, myself and two friends started renting space in an old church here in Philadelphia. Since then we've recorded countless tracks and also in that time I started my Youtube channel.

In my most recent youtube video I recorded a few drum kits in the foyer of the building. This part of the building has incredible reverb. Of course, being a life long Led Zeppelin fan I had to try the drums in the stairwell thing!

I recorded the session with just three mics. A Stam 87 and a pair of RCA Varacoustic mics from the 1950's!
